Skill training plays a pivotal role in empowering women by equipping them with knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the workforce and become economically independent. “Skill Training” Improving Quality of livelihood skills for Archdiocesan Cooperative members in Mehsana & Patan district was implimented by SSSS in the Archdiocese of Gandhinagar. The Programme was directly focused on 536 Members of Women’s Cooperative Society from Mandali, Mehsana and Siddhpur. SSSS addressed the quality of vocational education for Cooperative Members by supporting three existing registered women‘s cooperatives. These centres catered to vocational education like Modern Tailoring (Fashion Designing) and Beautician Training. This Project was completed. It is aided by Archdiocese of Toronto.

“Sangath Shikshan” – Improving Quality of Vocational Education for Women’s Cooperative Members in Aravalli & Patan District. The majority of the interventions that were scheduled have been completed effectively. We had the opportunity to train 250 cooperative members in livelihood skills. In which, 128 women have learnt tailoring, 122 women have learnt embroidery, and 400 women have developed their leadership & managerial skills and are aware of micro, small, and medium enterprises and government schemes. Frontex:
A total of 135 returnees (International Migrants) from European countries were reintegrated by SSSS and Caritas India. The organizations also offered various forms of assistance to the returnees during their rehabilitation through the ERRIN and now Frontex programme, which was launched in 2019 and offer livelihood, education, medical care, residence establishment, and other services.
