Sabarmati Samruddhi Seva Sangh (SSSS)

Sabarmati Samruddhi Seva Sangh, Gandhinagar (SSSS) is a Charitable,Voluntary, and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working in six civil districts of North Gujarat namely Aravalli, Banaskantha, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan and Sabarkantha.

The Society & the Trust were registered with the Charity Commissioner on 19th July 2003, bearing Society reg. no Guj/1077/Gandhinagar & Trust reg. no. F/1033/Gandhinagar. The main objective of the Society is for the upliftment of the poor and the marginalized from the rural areas of North Gujarat. At present the society is actively involved in empowerment of the poor and marginalized especially women and children through various programmes like Women empowerment through Women’s Co-operatives Society, trainings on Health and Hygiene, Reduction of Infant Mortality Rate, Mother Mortality Rate, Improvement in RCH status, Reaching out to the foreign returnees to India, Mainstreaming of persons with disabilities in all SSSS programmes, Reaching out to migrants in the area etc. The office bearers of the Society are committed social workers who have devoted their lives for the service and dignity of humanity. Society is also actively involved in promoting income – generating programmes through Women’s Co-operatives and healthy and nutritious life style in rural area.

Our Objectives

Human Development

To engage in all such activities aimed at total development of the poor and needy and empowerment of the community though animation, legal awareness, community building programmes, etc.

Agriculture

To foster, organize and conduct all kinds of activities in assisting the farmers to be self reliant through agricultural production, dairy, farming, cattle rearing, etc.

Health

To establish and sponsor medical aid and relief, hygiene, health services, counseling etc. for the poor and needy by the way of dispensaries, clinics, doctors & nurses.

Education

To support and promote all round formal and informal education, social development for people of any level and age by establishing and running of schools, colleges, institutions etc.

Support and Service

To perform works of service to promote and facilitate integrated human development of those in need.
